Terms of Service for GiftCards Daily

1. Description of Service

GiftCards Daily is a “Get-Paid-To” (GPT) platform that allows users (“Members,” “you”) to earn points (“Points”) by completing various tasks, such as playing games, completing surveys, watching videos, and engaging with offers provided by our third-party partners (“Offerwalls”). These Points can then be redeemed for various rewards, such as gift cards and digital cash (“Rewards”).

2. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password.
• One Account Rule: Each user is strictly limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of defrauding the system will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all earned Points.

3. Prohibited Activities

Your access to and use of the Services is subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to mask your true IP address or location.
• Using bots, emulators, auto-clickers, or any automated scripts to interact with the Services.
• Providing false or misleading information to our Offerwall partners.
• Attempting to exploit or reverse-engineer the App.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity whatsoever.

Violation of these rules will lead to immediate account suspension or termination without notice, and all earned Points and Rewards will be forfeited.

4. Points & Rewards

• Earning Points: Points are credited to your account only after a task has been successfully completed and verified by our third-party partners. We are not responsible for delays or failures in crediting caused by our partners.
• No Cash Value: Points are not real currency and have no cash value until they are successfully redeemed for a Reward.
• Redemption: Rewards are typically delivered to the email address associated with your account within 24-48 business hours. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect email address provided by you. Reward availability is subject to change.
• Forfeiture: We reserve the right to audit accounts and void Points or Rewards from any user who we believe has violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App, including the logo, design, text, and graphics, are the property of GiftCards Daily and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GiftCards Daily be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
